1. Click on the “ Review us on Google” button at the top of this page.
2. Under the basic information of the practice there should be an option to leave ” Your rating” on a 5 star scale. *Note, if you are not already signed into Google with your Google ID you will be asked to Sign in to Rate. If you do not have a Google ID please see the instructions on “Creating a Google Account”
3. Use the 5 stars to rate the practice and include a few sentences describing your experience. Once done click Publish.
